Worthy

Our MENA Regional Leaders will be gathering this Thursday to Monday to wrestle with some sticky issues around major missions issues like what “church” and funding are to look like… especially among followers of Christ seeking to remain among their friends and relational networks who still live in the major religion of the region. 

 Leaders have strong opinions!  This is why Jesus and Paul spent so much time helping their teams to work in harmony with one another.  So, please pray that as our Arab leaders wrestle with these issues, they will walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which they have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love.  (Ephesians 4:1-3).  Also pray for special wisdom from above as I facilitate.  (James 3:16-19)

 Prayer Update #1:  Thanks for praying for good equipping of new Arab leaders these last couple of days.  It was a pleasure to see one generation training the next. 

 Prayer Update #2:  The country where we are meeting is in unstable turmoil with great potential for good and for evil.  Pray that God will have mercy and bring shalom blessing to these dear people.
