It Takes a Village

Someone once said that it takes a village to raise a child.  Likewise, I believe that it takes a worldwide partnership to help Navigator missionaries to succeed in our calling.  That's always been true.  Remember how Paul traversed the Mediterranean to sustain the movements of the Gospel he had launched?  Remember how he would send Timothy and Silas and Titus and Tychicus and other members of his team to build on the foundations that he had laid? In Romans 16 Paul mentioned more than 30 fellow workers who worked together to sustain the movement of the Gospel in Rome and throughout the region.

Launching and sustaining movements of the Gospel has always been a team effort. So please pray for the International Missions Task Force that I lead as we meet by phone on September 9th to help Navigators to continue to launch and sustain movements of the Gospel all over the world.

Answer to Prayer:  I just received a photo of Laticia at work at the worktable and oven that we provided.  We hear that her fledgling micro-enterprise is thriving so far, and she¹s eager to move into her refurbished apartment.  Pray for her and her baby that is due to be born very soon.
